DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of right now, in order to offer free shipping, we only ship to the continental United States. For this reason, we do not allow purchases outside of this area. We are however working very hard to find ways to offer the same to other regions of the world.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
At the time, we are just a simple online store and do not provide physical retail sales at our location. In the future as we expand, we will eventually open up a physical location.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
As soon as you place your order, it enters a build queue. Typically we try to get orders out the following Friday from when the order was placed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it could take up to an extra week (such as faulty parts, failed stress tests, etc.). If it comes to this, we'll be sure to contact you IMMEDIATELY. We will not leave you in the dark. Customer service is what we strive for!
HOW ARE YOUR PCs CHEAPER THAN COMPETITORS?
Our owner worked at two different computer companies before launching Alphaware PCs. He noticed the biggest scam in the industry was the absurd upcharge in parts. At Alphaware, we only make profit off of the labor fee we charge. If for some reason we are able to get a part at a cheaper price, we will mark down the price of our PCs to fit that price. This means we're able to offer you the same specs as other companies at a more affordable cost.
